Taking Care of Your Mind Matters.
-
I do not bill insurance directly. However, in most cases, clients may use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for services.
-
When services are self‑pay and not billed to insurance, no treatment information is shared with insurance companies or employers, and no diagnostic codes are required for reimbursement purposes.
All services are provided in accordance with Minnesota law and professional ethical standards.
Many clients appreciate the added layer of privacy that private‑pay services provide.
-
Choosing the right level of support is an important decision. Some clients benefit from a single session or short‑term package, while others find that a structured, multi‑month approach better supports sustainable change. If you are unsure which option is the best fit, I welcome you to reach out for a free consult so we can explore what would be most supportive for you.
-
Most people aren’t entirely sure what they’re looking for when they reach out—and that’s actually a great place to start.
The first session is simply a conversation. We explore what’s been on your mind, identify areas you might be interested in targeting, and get a sense of what’s working and what isn’t.
From there, we discuss your goals and talk about various plans that might fit your needs, pace, and preferences.

I support small businesses and professional firms by strengthening employee satisfaction, well‑being, and day‑to‑day workplace functioning.
This includes helping leaders address conflict, improve communication, and elevate underperforming teams.
I conduct organizational culture assessments, provide clear recommendations, and design practical programs or services that can be implemented within the organization.
The goal is always the same: to build a healthy, thriving workforce culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and positioned to grow.

Altitude Solutions was intentionally designed in 2023 to support not only individual professionals, but also the well-being needs of their spouses, partners, and children.
This isn’t just a practice—it’s the result of seeing what people truly need and choosing to build something better. Altitude Solutions exists to offer private, responsive, high‑quality support when the usual options fall short. Every service reflects a commitment to discretion, depth, and care for the whole person.
I am an independently licensed clinician and senior healthcare professional with more than two decades of experience across academic health systems, private coaching and consulting firms, and public-sector organizations. My career has been shaped by a commitment to helping individuals, families, and professionals navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Educated and trained at the University of Minnesota and Cornell University, I bring specialized clinical expertise in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical and well‑being practice spans nearly all major mental‑health conditions as well as the full spectrum of personal and professional challenges that affect high-performing individuals and their families.
Beyond clinical work, I have advanced training in Adaptive Leadership, Design Thinking, and Project and Program Management. These disciplines allow me to understand—and effectively support—people working within demanding, fast‑paced, and high‑stakes environments.
My greatest sources of inspiration are my wife, our four children, and our extended family. I find grounding and renewal through fishing, running, and the occasional round of golf.
Having faced my own personal, family, and professional challenges, I hold deep respect for anyone seeking to improve their life and the lives of those they care about. These diverse experiences—clinical, professional, and personal—shape the heart of Altitude Solutions and set it apart as a practice built on authenticity, discretion, and meaningful partnership.
